After 28 years of ignoring and violating the conditions of their City Planning issued Conditional Use Permit, Rose Scharlin Co-op Preschool has a Zoning Administration Hearing set for Thursday.

According to an
email sent yesterday, from the Rose Scharlin Board President to the
handful of neighbors on their email list, the school will ask the hearing
examiner to postpone the hearing.
Experience tells me, the case will be held open for written comments only for 30 days. If you want to be
sure your comments are received or heard by the hearing examiner, attend
the the public hearing.
