Red Car Property: 5 Months Later, Dumping Remains

Photo: Diane Edwardson, February 4, 2015.  Scrap wood, bags of concrete in a tarp were dumped in August.  They were joined by a broken glass tabletop in November.  (Click on photos to enlarge.)  

At least one neighbor has been slowly removing the wood piece by piece.
