Lot C: Mudwatch

Photo: Red Car Property Neighbor, February 12, 2014.  Neighbors downslope from the rogue trash chute on Lot C are hoping the major rain storm, forecast for today, doesn't start the most unstable slope on the Red Car Property moving.  This one is a predicable mudslide.

9PM Thursday, February 28, 2014: Red Car Canyon neighbors reported lots of trucks with flashing lights working in the canyon.  It appeared they were pumping out the sewer in the canyon, in a last minute attempt to stave off another flood & predictable mudslide.  Usually they pump the sewers & storm drains on the Red Car Property in October or November.
