They assumed work was starting on the lot where sliding mud and rocks blocking the sidewalk, and even the street, have been a problem neglected by the current owner. (Click on photos to enlarge.)
Photo: Corralitas Neighbor, January 13, 2017. The signs were gone later the same day. No effort to clear the sidewalk of mud and rocks occurred. There are no plans submitted to Building & Safety regarding the vacant lot.
