Red Car Canyon: Lawlessness Continues

Photo: Diane Edwardson, December 15, 2015, 1 PM.  While trying to shoot photos of the Great Horned Owl in Red Car Canyon, I was surprised by a man and woman driving a motorcycle south, toward Corralitas Drive.  (Clicking on photo won't turn up a good shot of the license plate - my camera could not adjust fast enough despite their slow speed.)

The Red Car Property is not a park, nor is it a City street right of way, but it is a lawless place.
