Corralitas Drive: Delicate Structural Engineering

I'd seen these tiny half-inch long brilliant green flying bugs for years.  However, I'd never seen the wing detail captured in the photo above, blown up from the one below.

I searched What's That Bug? for "small green flying bug" and the first hit was correct: Green Lacewing
