LA River: The Frog Spot - LA River Visitor Center Sponsored By FoLAR

Photo: Diane Edwardson, August 16, 2014.  The Frog Spot is open weekends through through October 5 on Benedict Street on the LA River path in Elysian Valley. 

You might run into Lewis MacAdams, founder of  Friends of the LA River (FoLAR).  Learn about the River, or just have a seat & enjoy free ice water, shade, play games, use free wifi, the restroom, or for a small donation you can get snacks too.  Saturday nights 5-8 PM they have live music & 2 beverages with a $15 donation.
