Earlier this year, it may have seemed as if we were the Corralitas Red Tailed Hawk Blog, while the Red Tails were nesting adjacent to the controversial subdivision in the deforested Semi Tropic Spiritualists' Tract. Note: This is where we typically see Red Tails - in the tops of tall trees. As we posted a few days ago, a young Red Tail has been hanging around on the ground and in the middle of trees with lots of dense branches.
