There's a glut of apartment and condo units being built in the Silver Lake - Echo Park Area. (Expect all those apartment units to go condo conversion with the next real estate boom.) Our already overburdened hillside streets can't take much more. We strongly suggest you pay attention to development beyond the immediate Red Car Property neighborhood.
The deadline for comments on the Environmental Review is April 26, 2012.
