Blue Fiesta Flowers seem to bloom later on the Red Car Property, than elsewhere in the neighborhood. The tiny purple flowers only bloom in the shady slope below Adelbert, usually in late March or the first week of April. This year's early rain and dry winter are likely playing a part. The festive natives made their first appearance on the Red Car Property in 2009. (I've been walking the Red Car Property since 1990.)
