More than 6 years in stop & start construction, a check of the Building & Safety website indicates this Spanish Revival Persian Palace meets Medieval Hollywood is still not complete. Although, it gets more amusing every day: gun turrets, mace, more wrought iron than any one has used since the Middle Ages, stained glass, anti-invasion spikes, guard zebra and a wrought iron dog run suspended off the side of the building made for chihuahua-sized dogs. It even has nicely concealed trashcans - an added bonus.
The house may raise eyebrows, but at least it's not a big stucco box with an ugly rooftop.
