(Click on photo to enlarge.)Cereus flowers are 8 - 10" in diameter when fully open. The explosion of flowers might last a few more weeks due to the high number of buds at various stages of growth. The flowers are usually closed by sunrise, only opening for one night, attracting bats and really big moths for pollination.
