(Click on photo to enlarge.)A fair amount of water was draining from the steep slope, across Rosebud and down Allesandro for about a week. This section of hillside seems to have the same problem every summer. Neighbors did not know if it was a water main or a sewer line, so they reported the leak to CD13 last week.
