So water sits at the low point on Riverside Drive at the driveway for the Sam Menlo-owned River Glen Apartments. (Click on photo to enlarge.)The Silver Lake Neighborhood Council's Urban Design & Preservation Advisory Committee (UD&PAC) will consider an application for 120 condos on the Menlo Property. Representatives of Menlo and his Century Quality Management will be present. Menlo is a convicted slumlord with a long history of neglect of the vacant land on Riverside Drive, known as the Menlo Property.
