Bees Will Have To Get High Elsewhere

A few weeks ago, bees were getting high on these still unidentified flowers. They'll have to get their fix somewhere else now. Last week, the City used a giant rota-tiller for brush clearance on the steep slope between Adelbert and the Viaduct Footings. It's a shame. They took out quite a few young California Black Walnut Trees that gained a foothold on the now barren slope (photo below).
