We're still waiting for a response from CD13 on the developer was able to secure the native tree removal permits without first securing their grading & building permits.
Note: most of the trees in these two photos are non-native and could be removed without permits. However, without an approved grading permit, we could be doomed to decades of a denuded and dangerous slope if this developer, like so many before, falls into the Legacy of Failed Development.
