Thanks to a few neighbors for forwarding the story to me. At least one of those neighbors happened to be driving by when LAPD and a news van pulled up. The same neighbor reports a circus like atmosphere with helicopters, news vans and onlookers for most of the day.
9AM today: A young woman's partially clothed body was found by CalTrans workers in the bushes just below the onramp of the southbound 2 Freeway, across the street from Allesandro Elementary School. She was identified as a mother who went missing from Lincoln Heights a month ago (KTLA5).
