In March, some of the wooden holding pens dumped at the historic viaduct footings migrated south to this location. In June, both the City Department of Lot Cleaning and private brush clearance contractors trimmed brush all the way around the pile of wood. The slope, up to the pink and yellow wall, is Red Car Property.
This home on Adelbert is already a source of consternation for neighbors. It has a past of code enforcement violations. A 20' tall pink and yellow wall was erected in the past few weeks, along the rear property line to the Red Car Property.
