(Clicking on photo will not improve image quality as it is enlarged from photo below.)Something large sitting in a pine tree near the top of the Corralitas public staircase caught my eye. It appears to be the same hawk that's been hunting on the slopes of Corralitas Drive facing the 2 Freeway. It likes to hang around the trees at the top curve on Corralitas. The hawk has distinct pattern on its chest that makes it recognizable. It may be one of the hawks seen here a year ago.
