City officials just held a news conference putting the entire City under flash flood watch from noon to 6PM today. They seem particularly concerned about flooding Downtown. Stay off the roads and out of the LA River.
Rain check: 1 1/4" in the Corralitas Drive rain gauge Wednesday.
