Fifteen homes, the size and scale of these two under construction on Corralitas Drive, are proposed for the Semi-Tropic Spiritualists’ Garden Lots. The Semi-Tropic lots are just across the 2 Freeway from Corralitas. Building & Safety doesn’t seem to enforce the rule about screening rooftop equipment.
