The Eucalyptus on the north end of the Red Car Property have just been devastated by drought, disease, age, mold and/or insects. Last year, more than a dozen large dead Eucalyptus were cut down on this portion of the property.
Eucalyptus trees are dying throughout the neighborhood. They are a severe fire hazard.
The Red Car Property was red tagged by the LAFD Brush Clearance Unit. We hope the brush and dead trees will be cleared before the 4th of July weekend.
