Photo: Gary Vlahakis, December 17, 2014. Lake Corralitas: smaller than last week, after more than a half inch last night, seemingly in one downpour. One neighbor, who was trapped in her car by the wind & rain just as she parked, described it "as if someone turned on a firehose."
