Corralitas Drive: Gulf Fritillaries Laying Eggs

Photo: Diane Edwardson, July 31, 2014.  The Gulf Fritillaries have been spending a lot of time flying & landing but not feeding on the Passion Flower vine, which is currently not blooming in our yard.  (Click on photo to enlarge.)

I managed to catch sight of one laying eggs, but could not catch the action on camera.
