Last week, we sent an email to CD13 noting the brush clearance still had not been done on the northern 3 lots of the Red Car Property. By this morning, two lots were cleared of brush and one of the 4 dead trees near the end of Adelbert removed. Thanks CD13!
Worth noting: this steep and crumbling slope north of India was listed in a developer's failed 2003 plan as the "open space lot."
