There was a lot of email discussion in the activist circles last week about the "North Atwater Multi-Modal Bridge over the Los Angeles River." All I can say is, do we really need a high profile, monumental suspension bridge on this part of the river for non-motorized transportation? The main mast will be as tall as those power line towers.
