It appears neighborhood kids have been partying in the canyon. Neighbors have spoken to them about picking up their trash when they leave.
On another part of the Red Car Property, neighbors don't respect the nearby oak tree. Near the Silver Lake Ave Public Staircase, another neighbor took drastic action to protect the defensive landscaping.
Leave the plants alone.
