Photo: Diane Edwardson, June 16, 2011. Apparently, Sam Menlo & Century Quality Management aren't in a hurry to build the condo development approved last year. Clean & Green and Hollywood Beautification Team (sent by City Council District 4 to paint out graffiti and pick up trash on the Menlo Property) stopped painting over the graffiti quickly, once the window closed to file lawsuits over the development approvals.
