Photo: Diane Edwardson, July 1, 2009. An 8-10' high sound wall is planned for the 2 Freeway on Alessandro Way. All of the trees and shrubs will be removed. They only have to replace the trees on a 1:1 basis, with trees nowhere near this size. Is this really an appropriate place for a graffiti canvas? The MTA says their plans have no significant effect on the nearby homes.
