We received an email from a neighbor who walks the Red Car Property who is diligently picking up this pile of trash one bagful at a time. (I thought the pile got smaller.)
The neighbor writes, "My hands make light work... Of course there is a certain satisfaction in making a small difference, and perhaps others will notice, and take the example..."
She suggests everyone who walks the property could regularly pick up a small bag of trash as they walk by and dispose of it properly. This pile is mostly paper and plastic. It's not as if it is one of the more dangerous piles of contractor rubble that usually get dumped here.
If you forget to bring a bag with you, grab one in the canyon if you're coming from the southern end of the property.
